Digital product terms

What you receive

An editable Excel workbook, PDF guide and instructions, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file after successful payment verification. One-time price: £4.99.

Licence

For internal use within the purchasing organisation. Do not resell, republish or redistribute the complete toolkit.

Limitations

The toolkit helps structure decisions; it does not determine legal eligibility, guarantee public-contract awards, or replace reading the tender documents or receiving specialist advice.

Problems, cancellations and refunds

Contact bidbriefly@gmail.com if the file cannot be accessed or is defective. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected. Any applicable cancellation rights and exceptions for immediate digital supply will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law; purchasing alone does not remove those rights.

Delivery

After a completed and verified payment, your browser receives a ZIP download. Keep your payment confirmation. If the page fails, contact support with the payment time and email used for checkout, not card numbers.
